Great View RIDE

We loaded our cargo into the smart car and headed to the Mesa Market 

Mesa Market is just off Hwy off of Signal Butt

Then we headed to Verizon to get a internet stick for our computer so we had wireless. Well Ron was paying for the stick Darrell and I had fun adding pictures in every phone in the store. I can just see the staff's faces now when they power down the phones that night LOL 

If you need internet this is the guy to see at Verizon and this is the package we got. 

We had a great ride today with Stef from Utah , Deb for Washington, Darrell, Ron and I from BC 

Stef and Darrell made Cedar plank Salmon on the camp fire. Stef caught the salmon in Alaska.

As the sunset over the Superstition Mountains we end another day in Paradise 

What Cactus you may see on the trail

Jumping Cholla this is one of the main reasons to carry a comb will riding the trails in Arizona. These end bits can jump off the cactus just from the vibration of the horse moving past. If you do get one stuck to you put a comb under it can pull off quick. 

This is barrel cactus. It is pretty harmless unless you rub up against it. 

Hedge Hog Cactus is low to the ground you always want to watch the trail for this it can get stuck right up into your horses hoof wall. Also check you horse once you get back from your ride for little barbs that may be stuck in legs. 

Ocotillo is like a tree cactus it gets little leaves in the spring and will flower. Pretty harmless unless you get too close. Everything in Arizona has little 

Pear cactus has tiny little needles that are hard to see to remove so keep your distance.

Saguaro Cactus (Carnegiea gigantea) These cactus are what Arizona is all about just breathtaking in real life.

We rode out over the Goldfield train tracks and headed out the back of Goldfield to a special look out.
